He is the best! Takes a lot of time explaining everything and is so personable. Knows everything! I am shocked by people who have bad experiences. The office staff is fairly new. Please don't go by older reviews. New staff is top notch and super friendly. It used to be extremely hard to get an appointment, but now it is better. I highly recommend!
Staff is unbelievably rude and incompetent. Avoid this office at all costs. All this Dr cares about is money, not his patients!
Very knowledgeable physician, love this Dr. With all my heart. His bedside manner is impeccable to say the least. Dr. Chrlich really cares about his patients. As a general practitioner he has great knowledge.
If a reader of this review wants to contact me, I will give you more details. The one-star reviews are accurate. I'll just leave this, the last of several bad experiences I had with this practice: I asked for blood work to check hormones/thyroid, and instead he ordered a bunch of panels I didn't ask for (and already knew about- all are fine I'm actually in GREAT health), and then I ended up with a bill for over $2,000 that I now have to pay out of pocket. Skip this doctor, and his unintelligent, unhelpful, and rude staff.
