Dr. Chelich is caring and compassionate, but his office staff is not good. He has a grumpy receptionist and his medical assistant is awful...doesn't follow through, consult with the doctor, or return calls.
I've been with him OVER 25 years. We now live an hour away, and he is STILL my family Dr. Great person , great staff.
The office staff of Dr. Chelich does not return calls. It has been over 15 days now... no one from Dr. Chelich's office has returned my calls. Dr. Chelich should be reprimanded for ignoring the urgency of patients. Terrible office personnel and terrible communication from Dr. Chelich.
Despite numerous requests for a copy of my blood test results over the last four weeks I have yet to receive them. I asked their answering service to forward the request. I asked the front desk, and left a voicemail for the nurse. Then asked the front desk to give the nurse the request. Won't be returning.
I am a recent patient to Dr. Chelich and my experience is he is sincere and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a caring Dr. Charles Commerford Frankfort, Illinois
Great doctor! Not your typical white coat physician is what I love the most about him. Very easy to talk to and relate to. Compassionate, friendly, concerning, very knowledgeable in many health situations. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed in him or his staff!! Patti Borst
