There are not enough complimentary words in the English language to accurately describe how excellent of a realtor Matt is. My wife and I went to Matt in the beginning of August with a very specific list of demands. We wanted a specific neighborhood and school district, while also having a very strict budget. Matt was top notch and made the whole home search/buying process easy and smooth. He was always available to talk to me and my husband no matter time or day, he’d always answer our questions, and he was ready to do what we wanted to do. Patient and never pushy. Thats important! You tell him you’d like to check out a house- he’ll be on it right away and try to get you a showing ASAP - even sometimes that same day! I’d recommend him to anyone.

Matt Carter was an absolute pleasure to work with. He set me up with his whole team, attorney and loan officer and they were all so amazing! I could not have asked for a better team! Matt was always available to answer my questions (and I had a lot, as a first time home buyer).
