From the start Matt provided a solid plan to sell our house. We had a professional photographer take the photos which were marketed on the Internet and social media. Matt set a realistic price expectation for comps in and around our area and provided a pricing plan which was below others listed. The results were that we had one open house weekend which yielded over 40 families tour our home and we ultimately received 15 offers.
