Dr. Sophy is amazing but his office staff is rude and obnoxious. The woman who takes care of the billing is arrogant and when I call the nurse that answers the phone gives an attitude. The office had an excellent nurse, Dana, but I guess they chased her out due to all the nepotism. I am currently searching for a new PCP.
