I had Dr. Renner for years. He is nice and listenable. He explained well because my English wasn’t that good. Highly recommend him.
The staff is horrible. If you have a real problem Kirsten T will do everything possible to not help you. I'm not sure what she actually does except tell the patient to do her job. Dr. Renner is a nice guy but never helped me. I guess my problem was a little out of the ordinary. The desk staff has no problem telling you you owe money. Mercy will send you to collections. BEWARE, this office staff will tell you they don't.
Terrible experience with this doctor. I no longer trust him or those in charge of the Mercy clinics. Their customer service is horrible. I was told to hold off on paying my bill as they were working to correct an issue with it, but instead they sent it to collections. I attempted to contact them many times via phone and messaging through the patient portal, but they will not respond to me. I ended up paying much more than I was responsible for to keep it from damaging my credit.
