This is Gary's wife doing this survey. Gary was out during most of this. Communication must be difficult for all the people that took care of Gary. Someone says they will let you know something in hour and nothing for 3 hours. Family sitting in waiting room wondering what's wrong. Not a good feeling when you're worried if he is still alive or not. This happened to Gary's family the whole day of his surgery. And now, nobody knows anything, and Gary doesn't know anything.
