I've been to a few ENTs and I have the best experience with Dr. Matthew Ericksen. He was thorough, didn't push further procedure after the nasal endoscopy, promptly referred me for another diagnostic procedure, then reviewed the results with me with clarity, and encouraged me to do swallow therapy (I have dysphagia and chronic sinusitis). The entire time, he listened and looked at me instead of burying his face in his notebook like many providers. He is compassionate and reassuring. I highly recommend him.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ericksen and the entire team. I ripped my earlobe over the weekend and was really anxious about getting it taken care of quickly. 100% COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN DEALING WITH VERTIGO. DR. ERICKSEN SAW HIM FOR 5MINUTES TO ONLT MAKE ANOTHER APPT AND A FOLLOW UP AFTER THAT APPT TO REVIEW RESULTS. WHY WASTE SOMEONE'S TIME WHEN THEY ARE LOOKING FOR ANSWERS AND HELP! I HOPE THAT COPAY WAS WORTH YOUR TIME. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THIS OFFICE WILL HAVE YOU BOOKING MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS JUST FOR THE COPAY. PATHETIC! DO BETTER AS AN OFFICE!
In my opinion, the office of Dr. Erickson is not worth going to. I saw him for a vocal problem I was having. He did a scope, didn’t see anything, he recommended I go to a voice ENT. Which I did, that ENT suggested therapy, which in turn made the problem worse. During this time I noticed a lump on my neck, I came back to Dr Erickson to point it out, he felt the lump and ordered a scan.
