I had an urgent eye issue and had traveled 2 hours to Columbus to be seen by another doctor, at another practice nearby. After a quick exam, my initial doctor thought I should be seen by a retina specialist and contacted Dr. Byun. Dr. Byun squeezed me into an already very busy schedule, and even stayed after his normal office hours to do a thorough exam of my issue. I'm very disappointed. I had to see you today because my Dr. was unavailable to meet my shot schedule. You rushed me through the entire process. I'm a retired and appreciate a little more time explaining.

After my right eye vision went black, I got into my local eye doctor and was immediately referred to The Retina Group. I had an appointment with Dr.Byun and a week later I had a two hour surgery for a detached retina. Dr. Byun was wonderful . He is very patient, skilled and took time for any questions I had before and after surgery. I feel very lucky to be on my way to vision recovery.
