I have been working with Matt Bruns, DNP for close to 2 years for my osteoporosis, and a broken humerus. He is very knowledgeable about medications and really takes the time to listen to what I am experiencing with pain and helps me to manage my health issues. He has been able to prescribe medications and set up treatment plans that have improved my quality of life. I really appreciate the support, concern and encouragement Matt gives.
Friendly Staff and was greeted upon arrival. the Nurse Practitioner was able to get me in quickly to address the shoulder pain I've been in over the last couple week. Mr. Bruns did a tremendous job of addressing all my concerns. More importantly genuinely wants to take the proactive steps in finding out the root cause of what is causing my shoulder pain. He was friendly, thorough. Did another x-ray, along with recommended further imaging tests of my shoulder. I highly recommend.
I met with Matt before and after my partial knee replacement surgery. He made me feel like I was in good hands with SSM and Dr. Nelson which put me at ease. During the visit after my surgery, he tested the knee through several movements and said my recovery was right on schedule. He also answered all of my questions thoughtfully.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! Matthew Brun's told me that my injury was not that serious and I was in a boot and he was also in a boot.. I asked him why was he in a boot he said, "because I actually broke mine unlike your sprained ankle its just sprained." I could not believe my ears but it was early in the morning so I just brushed it off, was like everyone has bad days I said to myself.
