My experience was interesting - I didn’t meet him. He walked into the procedure room for a minute to check the ultrasound scan - he didn’t acknowledge me, he didn’t introduce himself, he basically ignored me as a person. On the other hand, the nursing staff assisting him was fantastic. I assume you realize that as a patient, having a procedure of which you know very little about, there’s a tendency to feel vulnerable and anxious - especially while laying on a hospital bed in your underwear around strangers. Nurses were wonderful! I do not know about the doctor, I never even saw him. .
The staff is amazing, I never have to wait long to be seen for my appointments. They treat you like a person and actually care for you. 10/10, I am an outpatient and have had nothing short of amazing service and medical care.
