I tried refinancing a rather complicated investment with two other banks before finding Matt. Neither of the first two were able to figure out how to structure the loan. Matt put his head down and spent six months working with me to get everything in line and we figured out how to get the financing closed. Couldn't be more appreciative of the dedication Matt provided towards helping close out my loan.
