Dr. Bender took the time to explain the procedure options, showed me what would be used, pulled up imaging to explain in detail. He also took time with a family member with a similar situation and even followed up via the phone himself to see if there were any additional questions. His PA is very responsive and helpful.

My experience with Dr. Bender and his team was wonderful. I travelled from five hours away for the initial consult. Dr. Bender and his PA Jenna provided all my treatment options, ordered scans and xrays that I was able to obtain locally. Both the Rochester Regional Portal and Dr. Bender's virtual appointment options worked very well. I had a spinal fusion surgery one year ago and I am doing great. He did a great job with my brain surgery. the preop and postop plus prior and after the surgery. I definitely recommend him.
Dr. Bender is a great neurosurgeon who operated on my husband . My husband is in his 90's.. It was a life saving operation. Dr. Bender listens to what we had to say and explains everything to you. If we need him, he is there for us. He is a Dr. of great skill. We are so happy that he is my husband's Doctor. My husband is home and well.
