Issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. Call back occurred as indicated with an update on the dog’s progress. Everyone was very nice and the experience was seamless.
I had to get my lil dog 18 yr old in somewhere quickly..she had develpoed a knot on her side overnight..and was whimpering, couldn't be touched .I called and they gave me directions..couteously..when I arrived my dog and I were quickly greeted and seen.I was offered several different ways and choices, which I choose what was best for Skittles.They gave her pain shot and all medicines needed to help her along with recovery.I also was treated with kindness,educated about different alternatives I could take.It was 3 a.m. and th... read more
