I have seen Dr. Matt Straka 9 years ago for the first time and he was great. I had to see him a few times since then and every time I had a pleasant experience. He listened to my concerns, addressed and fixed my issues and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend him. Appointment was easy to set. Staff at the West Penn was very nice. The best of the best. He is unrivaled in the field. Part of the A-team. Chances are you will not even see him. If you do consider it a privilege and listen to everything he has to say. Words can't express the gratitude I have for him and his team.
Dr. Stracke is an excellent doctor. Just had an operation on my sinuses and he did an excellent job went over everything with me. He is very kind and a great personality. I would highly recommend Dr.Straka to all my friends. and his staff is very nice and pleasant.
I took my child to Dr. Straka and did not have a good experience with this office. Multiple appointments were cancelled by the office, which I understand as emergencies come up, but the office would be unable to re-schedule the appointment until months later from the original appointment date. This unfortunately happened multiple times. The receptionist was also extremely rude when I expressed concern over the timeline for re-scheduling the appointment. straka did not seem like he wanted to be at work. He is not a warm person he needs to work on his bedside manners. It’s funny I recommended him to my mother and when she came home she said the same thing. I don’t think he is a people person. Staff was super nice especially the receptionist.
