I don't give 1-star reviews lightly, but my experience with this office was extremely disappointing. Five months ago, I scheduled back-to-back appointments for both my son and me with Dr. Straka. One business day before our appointments, the office called to inform me that they do not accept my UPMC insurance and that both appointments would need to be canceled. I have seen Dr. Matt Straka 9 years ago for the first time and he was great. I had to see him a few times since then and every time I had a pleasant experience. He listened to my concerns, addressed and fixed my issues and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend him. Appointment was easy to set. Staff at the West Penn was very nice. Sometimes you might have to wait a little to be taken in, but that's pretty much the case with any doctor's office. I don't mind waiting if needed because I want to be seen by him and... read more
