This fraud saw me at the INTEGRIS Xpress Care unit. That he is a worthless doctor, everyone agrees. The problem, here, is that INTEGRIS REFUSES to step up and kick this diagreeable, rotten man out of the system. As I told the Administrator I spoke with, he might have been an adequate field practitioner in the Armed Services. But, Grove, Oklahoma is NOT a war zone. I'm only ranking one because I have to. But the staff is the most incompetent staff I've ever met. They do not return phone calls or give messages to the doctor. I have thyroid problems so my results are needed as soon as possible. What if I blacked out while driving. That would be a great lawsuit. I will not come back to this office I'm done with the rude incompetent staff especially KIM the nurse and JANE the receptionist. Extremely unpleasant experience...cannot get a response to question or concern via phone or email. I have never, in my 71 years, had a doctor's staff completely ignore an expressed concern...no calls to him are ever, seemingly under any circumstance, returned, even when requested. In all my years as a patient, I have never experienced such rudeness, or lack of care regarding a patient's concern. He may be a satisfactory doctor, but his "people skills", and those working under him, need serious improvement.
My visit with Dr More was wonderful yes he ordered test so he can better diagnose me. I like that he doesn't give you a lot of medications you don't need. Great doctor very knowledgeable
my experience is almost identical to the other review not only did he act like I was lying to him he also wants all kinds of tests done and wants me to see a heart specialist for something that's been diagnosed and treated years ago without any problems I will get another Dr.
