Matt and the team did a brilliant job selling a retirement flat for us, in a difficult market, where another agent had sat on it for 6 months and done nothing. This seminar was regarding the lawful rights of both the landlord and tenant. It was very enlightening, informative and interesting. It encompassed, holistically, all facets of being a landlord. Covering all subjects that I would imagine would be of great interest to existing landlords or 'would be' landlords.
