I had a wonderful experience with Dr. ANKRUM, despite getting tough news. I went in for a root canal, but after a thorough examination, Dr. ANKRUM discovered a fracture that made saving the tooth impossible. I deeply appreciate their honesty and integrity. Instead of performing an unnecessary procedure just to charge me, they gave me clear, professional advice to have the tooth extracted and explained my next steps. Dr. Ankrum was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand my options moving forward. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean and well organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and I left feeling confident about the next steps. I highly recommend Dr. Ankrum.
I do not recommend this place. First of all the inside of the office is very old and rundown as well as their equipment. The couch looked like it came out of a frat house. I was referred to Dr Fessiden by his wife who was my dentist at the owner of this offices fathers Dental office. Hence, I had reservations about going here. I had a tooth that was just a little sensitive to cold. The Dentist did a couple of test on my the tooth and told me he thought I needed a root can. Dr. Ankrum and his staff are the best!!! I was so nervous about having a root canal. He explained step by step what he was doing and always made sure I was comfortable and ok!!
