Dr. Creighton was professional and informative. Great staff too. At first they thought I'd had a previous cancellation, which would have resulted in a 100 dollar cancellation fee, but they quickly corrected that. Check in process using a tablet is very much faster than just sitting there writing down info on paper for an hour. I have more appointments scheduled. Highly recommend!
I have never been to this doctors office or have seen this doctor, but I apparently was scheduled with him. They say I had to cancelations, when I only had one appointment. The day of my appointment I had a family emergency and canceled, now I have a $100 fee bc I didn’t give a proper excuse (according to dr. Creighton) as to why I canceled, when they do not have any business knowing my personal life. The staff was rude and never do what they say they will do! I highly do not recommend them.
