Dr. Shaver is great. He is born and raised locally, so cares about his community. Plus, he does great work, and has a good bed side manner.

Great office and great staff. Dr. Shaver is a great surgeon and very knowledgeable. He is well known and has many patients. I have been a patient of his since August 2025 and am still seeing him. I highly recommend him and his services.
I was diagnosed with hyperkinetic gallbladder syndrome which was very painful and caused severe nausea. When I went to see Dr. Shaver I was miserable but all he cared about was small talk. He alluded to me not being able to have my gallbladder removed for weeks and I feel apart. All he said is "they put it on the calendar and I just show up". Really??
