I sustained an L2 endplate compression fracture and was referred to Matt. From the front office to Matt, his nurses Renee and Gabby, radiology, and checkout—every team member was exceptional. They were professional, compassionate, and highly responsive, with return calls handled promptly. I haven’t experienced this level of care in years and highly recommend Matt and his team.
I was very pleased! He listened to my concerns, he was very knowledgeable and straight to the point.
After 2 months of severe pain and numbness to my left arm I had to get my pcp to refer me to Semmes-Murphy Clinic in Memphis because this man was pushing for nerve blocks and pain management. His nurse even stated it may take 2 or 3 blocks to get any relief. After Semmes-Murphy Clinic reviewed my MRI my husband and I saw the 3 nerves that were completely compressed by bone spurs and 1 that was slightly compressed. Very assuring. Very knowledgeable. Listens and breaks medical terms into lay man's terms. Was very relaxed. He is very gentle during exams. Very sympathetic.
