All my visits with Dr. Janiga himself have been excellent - but multiple times I have needed the staff to respond to requests, prescriptions, etc and they have frequently been rigid and not very responsive. So, doctor highly recommended, office not so much
Urologists are difficult to get into to as the demand for their services certainly exceeds the supply. However, he is well worth the wait!
Dr Janiga offered me no advice or plan of care after giving me an injection in to my ...... well .. you know. He walked out of the room quickly after the shot. I got dressed and chased him and asked "what do I do?"... He said "call 'so and so' next week and tell her how it feels"... I never went back as I'm not calling a female non medical pro whos just a front desk M.A. if even that, to tell HER about my male medical issue.
Provides detailed information to describe recommended surgical procedures. Office staff is caring and professional. The urology clinic needs an additional urologist to handle the case load. The facility is already setup to accommodate an additional urological specialist.
