Dr. Grossman is an amazing doctor but reaching his office to make an appointment or to talk to his staff is horrendous, awful. This phone system that they have in this new location is so frustrating that you can hardly get in touch with anyone directly in his office or its staff. You have to go through an intake phone system that keeps transferring you to non working extensions or numbers. Dr Grossman is a wonderful dr made me feel so comfortable he explained everything to me so glad I was able to meet a great dr to care for me
Dr. Grossman is very attentive to his patients, he takes his times and listens to all of your concerns …(the MD is 5 stars, office is 2 stars)the practice on the other hand does not return phone calls and is very difficult to make an appointment!
