Dr. Lakshami Gollapudi and Dr.Grossman both helped me I had a difficult case they were wonderful along with the staff.Knowledgeable and caring THE VERY BEST!!!!
Over the past six years, I have changed several gastroenterologists. I have found Dr. Grossman to be the best. He has been my gastroenterologist since he was at St. Joseph Hospital. He is a polite, well-mannered person and a skilled doctor.
Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Grossman. He was professional, and very educational explained the procedure to me that I have to have to ensure that I understood the procedure the risks, the benefits he really made me feel at ease all his office. Staff were very kind and professional and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a gastroenterologist.
Dr. Grossman is an amazing doctor but reaching his office to make an appointment or to talk to his staff is horrendous, awful. This phone system that they have in this new location is so frustrating that you can hardly get in touch with anyone directly in his office or its staff. You have to go through an intake phone system that keeps transferring you to non working extensions or numbers.
