This office confuses me. I booked a virtual visit and they called me a few short days before and said Dr. Bartow does not accept virtual appointments prior to approval. Well then why do you allow your patients the option to book virtual visits online? Whenever you message the office or Dr for any questions and I mean any they reply the same generic reply. Dr. Bartow is a wonderful Physician. He always tells me what I need to know to improve and maintain my health.
Had to wait over an hour for a 10 am appt that lasted 5 min. So much for respect of someone’s time 😥
I have endured nonstop challenges and blatant negligence from Dr. Bartow and his incompetent nurse Jean Vo-Foradory. l have NEVER felt so unseen, unheard, and uncared for as I have with them. At every turn, Dr. Bartow is disengaged, unconcerned, uncaring, rushed, does not ask ONE SINGLE QUESTION about how I am doing physically or emotionally (NOR LISTENS TO A WORD I SAY) and is focused only on pushing his incorrect, uneducated agenda and not caring how his patient feels.
