He was a good doctor to me until he began rescheduling my appointments and he tried doing it again after me arriving not more than 5 minutes late with no other patients waiting for him. I questioned this and he basically told me to find a new doctor that is more flexible. I had any kind of issue like this before and so it is bizarre. I basically had the office manager tell him I was begging to be seen and he refused. Care is fine but billing has gone insane. They used to charge $150-$170 to see your child. Surprise and without notice now charge as an "outpatient hospital" and bills are $1,050-$1,200 to see your kid for an ear infection. Urgent care is for speed and cost efficiency. They aren't either one anymore.
Be very careful when going to the ER your insurance company is going to be billed by different companies that's not Baptist criticare is one of them they charge your insurance what ever they want and the they send you a balance payment that you will need to pay its a rip off even with insurance you get rip off by sub contractors that work for Baptist and there's no explanation for what they did UNBELIEVABLE A GREAT HOSPITAL LIKE THIS HAS TURN TO CRAP .
Do not take your parents to this office. It is very unprofessional. You wait 2 hours to see the doctor and then get attitude from the young girls in the office. Dr Garcia-Rivera is very nice but does not return phone calls to patients. He has these young girls that return the phone calls. The girls have very bad attitudes and do not no how to answer any of your questions. When you ask for the doctor to return your call. 1) Unaddressed pain, Dr. Gomolin was very indifferent to my request of examination of my head. 2) Poor listener, uncompationate and a screamer when you asked something he doesnt know 3) Perception of my wrong diagnosis or treatment.was ignored and no answer. He didn't care of the pain I was still feeling, making me think It was my imagination. He has no google review why? .because most were all negative. Crawl to the next hospital OR die! Don’t go here They don’t know how to use a computer They take my STAT order and lose me twice, put other patients ahead of me when I’m promised to get taken care of first thing the next day and then I’m put off again? My name is Michael Larner if any “administration person” GAVE A CRAP! How optimistically presumptuous of me.
While on vacation my ten year old son got a very small cut on his second to last toe while swimming. Because the cut appeared black even after cleaning it thoroughly, I called Fishermans and they advised me to bring him in. After a fairly long wait, we spent no more than 5 minutes with the doctor. He told us the cut was fine, did not require cleaning, and told us to apply an antibiotic ointment. Again, 5 minutes. If you want the worst experience in a Hospital ( ER ) you need to go to the new Baptist Hospital in 142 st and 136 ave . I would never go back , the nurse Enit F , the most unprofessional , the worse human being. We visit the Emergency Department with a minor and was the baddest experience for our family . We will continue with Patient Care Services to take action on it .What a shame for a new Hospital .
