Customer Service they are not! Made an appointment july 22nd. Made arrangements for someone to be home to let them in. Was having my water heaters flushed. Got a phone call pretty quick after appointment time. No.1 cannot do the work does not have the correct equipment. Lack of preparation. No.2 given an estimate for work to be done at nearly 600 dollars. No thank you thanks for coming out. Talked with a manager said they were updating their pricing and must of been an error. Technicians are awesome!! Friendly and explain in layman terms and always with options. What needs work is their customer service reps on the phone. They continually interrupt you as you are trying to communicate.
Drew really took the time to quote what we need for a new sunroom. He was very thorough and professional.
