My 14 y/o granddaughter got her braces placed today. Lilliana was amazing! She took the time to explain the process step by step, while working and consistently ensured my granddaughter's comfort. It was my first time meeting Dr. Mackey as Dr. Shah was out of the office. Nonetheless, he was nice also. The receptionist seemed to be a little sleepy and less engaged but my overall experience was great! So far we're off to a winning start!
