If I had wanted to do business with your company, I have now changed my mind. I experienced one of your drivers , driving like a bat out of hell and tailgating really bad, to the point he could have become one with my car. Had I not went faster and then slowed down to let him past, he would have ran straight into me. Really scary situation and dangerous driving. Do better, smh.
I had a backed up sewer line so I set an appointment for the next morning. Drew came by and was able to quickly and accurately figure out the problem and fix it. He was tremendously helpful and I will definitely be calling back the next time I have any plumbing issues.
These guys are great, especially Drew. Honest and helpful!
Had a unique problem where water would drop to a trickle, after a certain toilet was flushed. Drew diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed the next day (Bad PRV Valve, and it was not an emergency). Highly recommend Drew and Matters Plumbing!
