My landlord called Matters Plumbing early this morning for my garbage disposal leaking. Drew was able to come out asap and even ran back to “base” to get the necessary equipment. Called Mike after discovering a complete fracture in my buried sewer line at 7pm on a Saturday night. Mike responded by phone within the hour and showed up the next day. He and his assistant Brian had everything repaired by dinner on Sunday. Absolute professional service when it you it most. Matters will be my first call for any future plumbing issues.
It took several calls to get any sort of appointment. I was told the appointment could be “tonight or in the morning.” If you want to know up front if you can get an appointment and an approximate time frame, look other places. I was told twice that Mike would call me. Never did. I requested his call three times on the top of that. Never heard from him. Sent him an email. Never heard back.
