I had a backup on three separate occasions and dealt with Drew, Lynch, and Mike and had a WONDERFUL experience each time. They are extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to identify the problem quickly and at no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage or overcharge me for anything unnecessary. Would absolutely recommend to everyone I know!

Had an emergent plumbing issue late on a Sunday night. Got a bit of a runaround from another bigger local company and decided to call Matters a little after midnight, and left a message with the service. At this point the other company said they could get to us at 7:30 AM on Monday. They later said it would be sometime between 9-6. While this was all happening we could not use any water and toilets had backed up into the house. Mike and Matters Plumbing was excellent. We had an emergency in our one bathroom cottage with elderly guests visiting on a Friday early evening. Mike called back courteously and quickly and within 2 hours had a repair person out who completed the repair super fast. He also recommended replacing just the tank instead of the whole toilet saving us money as well. We will definitely recommend Mike, Billy and Matters. Thank you.
