If I can give a negative star I will. Everything in the house are wrong, Alex is a con man, and promise everything you wanna hear. Nothing in the house was completely done. Took and money and never come back. We still deal with the problem until now. Install brand new Sheetrock , and not even put any tap. Water heater without hot water. While the design and ideas were all good, the follow through, electrical work and plumbing that were not done up to code ultimately cost us thousands in extra work to correct. Matterhorn will promise you anything but trust non of the results. We found nails that had been hammered into electrical lines, we had a ceiling sag because they had failed to secure the ceiling to the beam. If Alex had only made good on a few of his promises, I wouldn't have had to post this.
If you want to listen to excuses this is your guy. If you do like square corners and hate to have level counter tops you have found the contractor to hire. I could write a novel but it would read like every other negative review you will find online. Don’t waste your time or money the bad reviews are an accurate account of our experience with Alex as well
Everything wrong. Took our money without finishing the project. I have posted a review on their Facebook which they deleted. This project went so sour. Loved him at first. Told us alllll the right things. Put his little cousin in charge. Paint was never done properly or completed, dishwasher was installed WAY wrong, they scratched our brand new appliances to hell, never cleaned up afterward, and Alex even texted me and told me that he didn't pay enough attention to detail on our project because he lost money on it which was ... read more
