Matterhorn Fit did a wonderful job of getting my upper body strength up prior to my hip surgery. After the surgery, I did rehab with them and they have continued to help me strengthen my whole body. Their trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and fun! This is different from any health club you've tried. Call them!
I've been working with McKenzie Rae, MSAT, LAT, ATC at Matterhorn Fit to rehab a torn gluteus tendon—an injury has caused me years of discomfort. McKenzie has helped restore my movement. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, highly trained, and brings both professionalism and compassion to every session. She makes the entire process feel empowering. Beyond being great at what she does, McKenzie is simply a pleasure to work with. She's made a world of difference for me.
