We have lived in our “new” home for less than 7 months and have already experienced ongoing issues that still have not been properly addressed. The biggest concern has been our flooring. Alex, Dustin and their team knocked this out of park! So happy with the results. I did a full Primary Bathroom remodel. Plus, new kitchen flooring, countertops, backslash and hardware throughout. Plus re-sanding, light hand-scraping and staining the wood floors that were already here. Easy to work with everything turned out amazing. I highly recommended them!
The Spann Group had the honor of listing a new construction residential project that Matterhorn completed.
