I am rewriting my review because it wasn’t a good representation of my full experience. I have been here for years and it is a nice area with quiet, friendly neighbors and staff. The three bedroom units are a really nice size; many of my fiends and family were surprised at the amount of room. The units are constantly being improved. The only real negative issue I’ve experienced is the wait time on maintenance issues on weekends or holidays, which is an issue common in most places I’ve lived. I have been here for years. Each year the A/C in my apartment has stopped working a minimum of 5 times every single year. When it breaks, it takes DAYS for someone to come look at it. At times it is over 90 degrees inside my apartment, and it’s still not taken care of. They don’t even send anyone out to look at it! If it is a weekend or holiday, and something breaks, IT WILL NOT GET FIXED, NO MATTER WHAT, until the next business day, at best. They have worse ones out there. If you move in just make sure you can fix stuff on your own.
It has been far from easy here. It was quickly apparent to me it was due to a ton of misunderstandings on my part because I am unfamiliar with anything except the ITEX way I’ve lived from 19 until now. I have only had excellent rental and bill paying history. This home was hard won in the meaning of going from surviving in a Hotel with my kitties and my 7 year old to moving in and under going a lot of maintenance done by me but mostly just normal moving in stuffs or around stuffs on my own.
