We had ongoing moisture issues in the bathroom and it was starting to affect the walls near the floor. The Matter Construction crew showed up when they said they would, explained what actually needed to be fixed, and worked around us still living in the house. Timing mattered since we only have one bathroom, and they kept things moving without rushing it. Cleanup at the end of each day was solid and nothing felt careless. Communication stayed consistent, which made the whole thing easier to manage.
After a couple storms we noticed some damage near the roof edge and a small leak starting inside. Matter Roofing & Construction came out when they said they would, showed us exactly where the issue was, and kept things within our budget. Weather was hit or miss that week but they worked around it and didn’t rush sloppy fixes. Cleanup was solid and nothing was left behind.

We were trying to keep costs under control, which they were pretty upfront about from the start. They cleaned up each day and didn’t leave scraps or nails around.
Honestly relieved we called Matter Construction. We had storm damage and didn’t know if it was a small fix or a bigger issue. They came out quickly, explained what was going on, and handled it without dragging things out. Weather slowed things a bit, but communication stayed solid. The roof looks right and we haven’t had a single issue since. Definitely going to use them again!
