I have used Mark on a number of occasions to repair window mechanisms. Mark is very responsive and can almost always show up in a day or two (sometimes the same day). He is experienced and knowledgeable and can almost always fix the problem right away, if the repair parts are on hand. I highly recommend him.

We recently had Matteo Construction complete a deck and add a new door to our house. I can’t tell you how happy we are. From concept into design, it was an easy process. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Mark Matteo and his company to anyone who has a home project to be done.

My mom was in need of window replacement, so she thought. She had other companies come over and give her estimates. The estimates were in the thousands. Mark came over and looked at her windows and promptly told her that she didn't need replacement windows and then super surprised her and fixed the window! As it turned out, it didn't need to be replaced only fixed, in which Mark successfully did. Mark saved my mom thousands of dollars! She is so happy and can't stop talking about Mark and his company. I met with Mark at my house that I am improving for use as rental property. He was punctual. He asked me if the house would be used as a rental. I confirmed that it would be. He told me that he does not work on rental property because the property owners of rental units don't like to pay. He looked at my stairway, which is in need of repair and told me that I could get a handyman to do the job.
