The team are all super friendly and inviting. For my consultation and throughout the hair appointment, Ella went step by step in detail about what she was going to do. It’s nice to have the cost transparency up front after the consultation. Really love the vision Ella created for the brief of ‘new mum with low maintenance required’. Mel is running a great salon!
I had no idea what to do with my hair trying to maintain hair health but stay light and bright. Jade was so knowledgeable and also gave me a few different options. She was super lovely! Would highly recommend.
I chose this salon based on its glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. My hair was healthy and mostly untouched prior to my appointment, and I left with it significantly damaged and uneven. While I do appreciate that the salon refunded me. The cost, time, and effort required to now fix the damage far exceeds what I originally paid. I feel it’s only fair to share my experience, as I relied on others reviews to decide where to go.
