My 70 year old father had them come to fix a leak in his bathtub. The guy didn't fix the leak, charged him $400 and then said he was having personal problems and they couldn't come back to fix it. I would never use this company and I'm having my lawyer file a grievance with the better business bureau for taking advantage of an elderly consumer.
