I had a transmission problem on my way to Utah I happen to break down very close to them and they got me in same day with fast and quality service. I made it back to Lacey, wa thanks to these guys!!!
We had motor home front suspension and tires problem. They diagnosed everything it could be and found the tell tale wear on our 7 year old tires. Overnight order new tires and installed them the next day. Took it for a drive up to 70 mph. No wobble ! Thank you to Martin and staff for great service and diagnostic talents.
Passing through and had a transmission cooler blow and they got me in right away for a repair... these guys are the greatest. Great customer service

Mattawa Tire is more than just tires. My serpentine belt shredded while driving through the area. All the people here were friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to diagnose the problem, get a replacement part, get a new belt installed, check everything out, and get me back on the road quickly. I appreciate all they did to take care of my needs and get me back on the road safely.
