I had a wonderful experience at this bakery! From the moment I walked in, the young lady at the counter greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bakery was clean, inviting, and everything looked fresh and delicious. The customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in making every customer feel appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their baked goods. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great treats and even better service!

I placed a Too Good To Go pickup order and received two donuts and a scone. I was expecting a little more based on the value, but what disappointed me most was the customer service. There was one cannoli left on the shelf, and the employee actually put it in the box and rang it up before deciding to take it back, saying it was too much to include. We had hired Alma and her team to serve breakfast at the wedding of our son, a few days ago. We had asked her to serve tea, coffee, granola and berry parfaits, eggless blueberry and lemon scones, and cheddar chive scones. Every item was fresh and beautifully presented. The scones were of a wonderful size and each bite was delicious. Alma is so easy to work with and was patient with some changes that we made. A lovely person to work, I recommend Mattarello bakery strongly. She delivers without disappointment.
