Best customer service I have ever experienced!! This team goes far above and beyond! This team has fantastic leadership!
I recently had a steering issue with my car. I was very glad that the mechanics at Matt's Automotive Service Center in south Moorhead were able to inspect and analyze my car's issues and quickly and efficiently make the necessary repairs. It was wonderful dealing with such friendly and compassionate people.
Matt’s was prompt and completely transparent- starting with making an appointment online. Gave me all the information I needed, and the online authorization (with prices) is a great feature! Great service all around- why would I go anywhere else?
I towed my car in when it broke down whiles travelling. Though they were fully booked until the following week, they fixed my car within the shortest possible time & I was already on my way back to my destination
