To start off this review, Emily at one of the Moorhead Matt’s locations was awesome. She was kind, responsive, and communicative on her end. She did the job she was hired to do, and did it well. However - and to state again, not Emily’s fault, as it is out of her control, but Matt’s overcharged me. By a lot. I had a coolant problem and was estimated about $1600. My first few experiences have been great, however, I recently had an encounter where the services I refused were performed and the services I requested were not performed. No harm was done to the vehicle, I just wish the correct services were completed. One thing that’s helped at other places I take my vehicle is to have the ability to approve or deny specific services right from the “findings” they send you. That might help reduce misunderstandings.
Had great experience at Matt’s love being able to text questions about service and they did a great job in a timely manner to get me back on the road.
Got me in right away and talked me through any and all issues prior to doing the service. Prices were transparent.
Best customer service I have ever experienced!! This team goes far above and beyond! This team has fantastic leadership!
