I can’t stress enough that the front desk staff needs better training or a complete revision. You are the front line for patients. I am frustrated and disappointed with the experience I've had at this center. Each time I've called, I've been met with rudeness and a lack of interest from the front desk staff. It's really discouraging and has made me decide to not move forward with a provider within this clinic. I've also read other reviews that suggest the providers might not be much better either way. I can never reach them! They have a phone system that doesn’t work and instantly hangs up! I call 3x time today! Everytime I call it’s the same thing ! This is ridiculous. What’s going with the phones??
Everyone here hates their jobs. The front desks . The call center . No matter who it is they all have attitudes to do their jobs . None of the departments can communicate efficiently with each other . Go somewhere that you matter , treats everyone like a bother .
