I can never reach them! They have a phone system that doesn’t work and instantly hangs up! I call 3x time today! Everytime I call it’s the same thing ! This is ridiculous. What’s going with the phones??
Everyone here hates their jobs. The front desks . The call center . No matter who it is they all have attitudes to do their jobs . None of the departments can communicate efficiently with each other . Go somewhere that you matter , treats everyone like a bother .
This hospital is the best. They know when a person is in need and are willing to do everything they can to help you. I came in with a serious burning patch, they saw my case and even though they don't have urgent care, they took me in quickly and did everything really fast and effectively for me; it was the best experience. Thanks again everyone
The workers are extremely immature and do not know how to conduct themselves on a professional level when it comes to the patients ( public service). I think the issue is hiring too many young people whom are not properly trained or they are just careless! The reason I say this, is because I have ran into Nurses and Secretaries whose behavior is disturbing and argumentative! This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be fully looked into!
