Over 4 years and Mattamy has not, and will not, repair or replace the defective and missing parts kitchen and driveway that incompetent and unresponsive tradespeople created. Shame on Peter Gilgan for not rectifying the myriad of problems faced by dozens of Mattamy homebuyers in White Pines. Obviously, he does not care about his reputation anymore. Just cares about putting his name on hospitals using our hard-earned dollars. White Pines is nothing but a minor distraction to his warranty people. I invite him to visit and get ... read more
Mattamy Homes has been terrible to deal with. The craftsmanship and in some instances structural work of the home is below acceptable standards. They are very difficult to work with post-closing. Any hopes for fixes of deficiencies will be sub-par, delayed, or both, and homeowners must choose between poor fixes that they end up doing themselves or a protracted battle with Mattamy to get a reasonable fix.
