Great builder! Model home was beautiful. Sales counselor was very helpful, nice & informative.
Nishat is very great sales person. She assisted me through the entire process when I purchased my home and I forgot to write a google review and I just remembered after a year of being in my home to submit my google review for her because she did an amazing job from start to finish. I love these homes!
Stay away from the Sale person Nishant. I had a very good experience with the Builder Brian and he has been very helpful throughout the process and after the purchase. But the Sales and Lending side is absolutely horrible. They lie, are shady, and care nothing about the buyer. Their motives are truly themselves. If I had to do it all over again then I wouldn't go with them. Even though the home is nice still currently having issues with the irrigation system and the installers leaving massive holes in the ground. They didn't... read more
