I’m writing this review to warn future buyers, and also for Mattamy homes to learn to take accountability for their bad business practices. This is our third time buying a home from Mattamy - the first in Toronto, a second quick possession home in Stillwater, and then our current home in Stillwater. I had a very disappointing and disheartening experience with Mattamy Homes that I feel future buyers should be aware of. In early January 2026, my family and I visited a newly built home listed at $595,000. We genuinely liked the house and worked with a sales representative named Dev, who initially was helpful and responsive. After discussing details, we asked if Mattamy would consider an offer of $575,000 with possession in mid-April. I’d Never suggest you buy from this builder. We have an issue with isolation , entrance and garage, bedroom are leaking, plus HoA fee is $420 a year no matter if you use it, even if you once using a rink - don’t expect that it would be shoveled
