Mattamy Homes – Worst Builder Experience Ever Mattamy is the lowest quality builder we’ve dealt with. We’ve bought multiple pre-construction homes before, but Mattamy at Seaton was an absolute disaster. CHEAP materials, RUSHED construction, GARBAGE finishing. Subcontractors were careless and clearly in a hurry to get the job done, NO STANDARDS whatsoever.
