Our experience with Mattamy Homes in Oxford Village started off strong. The sales team was great to deal with, and the onsite construction staff made us feel well taken care of throughout the build. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, things went downhill after closing — especially when it came to warranty and finishing. The sales person I spoke to was so rude, she kept me on hold while speaking and hung up when asking for information ,I think first quality for sales person is to be patient . Better to hire good sales team . I would never buy if Sales person doesn’t respect or provide Information what’s asked or doesn’t value their customer.
