Recently closed on a home and they had to redo the flooring in half of the house! They initially closed without our appliances! Terrible experience! Would give zero stars if I could! Adding addendum - They commented on my review and advised me to reach out to their warranty team, but sadly it's all for show. Of course they're refusing to provide compensation and continue to brush off any responsibility. My father has been under tremendous stress and already has numerous health ailments. Mattamy gave us such a wonderful experience, providing us with our dream home. We literally said something about how we might decorate our house and they had it done before we could even ask for it. Honestly the best service we’ve received from a builder!
