It's been a year since we bought our home at Mattamy Homes in Garner. After preparing to install solar panels, the HOA denied our request, citing vague reasons about aesthetics. We're very disappointed—had we known this earlier, we might have reconsidered buying here. We also referred many friends, and now they may feel misled when they find out.
HOA is a disgrace — blocking solar panel installation with baseless and outdated reasoning. Completely unacceptable.
Nice place and great connectivity for everything. Ajit was awesome and helpful. Jennifer was so quick to clarify any questions from design center. So far good experience, we recommend Mattamy Homes Magnolia.
