These guys are incredibly dishonest. We were told multiple times that if anything came up and our house didn’t sell, we would receive our deposit back. Now they’re refusing to refund it and are instead telling us to cancel the sale and walk away without our deposit. Completely unacceptable after the promises that were made. I definitely would not buy a house through them. They have even been giving tours to other interested buyers while we are still under contract.
Mortgage assistant Leslie Guy is Dishonest and should be banned from from any real estate transactions. She will change the loan terms at the last minute forcing you to agree to terms that will harm you in the longer run.
Mattamy honestly are just a big house with nothing to talk about it. The CDD at Bella Vista is very high compared to other builders/ neighborhoods. Over 3k per year. In other places are lower $2 k or under. Mattamy thinks their butt does not smell. Not even want to negotiate the high prices of the house.Fir same prices or less you get a Pulte home with fancy kitchen and huge nice bathroom. Mattamy has not much to offer.
