Mattamy homes are great. Decent quality and great prices. Edit: well, not so decent after all. Few days of the review and 2 years in, water stops. 1 months after the 2 year warranty and the water stopped in my home. I called the “emergency” line and the reason I get on why they cannot help me on it, is because my 2 year warranty completed 1 month back. I have no words. Their first response is denial and then email chains will follow for year or two until tarion deadline comes in when they agree to the problem. I met the tech oscar pacheco in half moon bay warranty process . Professionally , trustworthy , skillful and punctual are a few of the AMAZING traits. Oscar has handled ALL my house problems with CARE AND SKILL. I was concerned with over 100 items , Oscar fixed them all and gave me confidence in my MATTAMY home . I hope there’s more techs like Oscar that give homeowners the confidence when fixing their home. He worked HARD with no slack and used his experience to addresses issues. 10/10 THANK YOU OSCAR
