Poor workmanship performed on my kitchen tiles and upstairs shower. The tile grout in the kitchen is all cracked in many places and the house was 4 years old. I paid for upgraded tiles and got a non competent job. I tried to argue but the warranty team shut me down. We paid for two different grout colours in the shower and they used one colour then painted the floor grout to save time. It then all pealed with the water wear and tear. She really makes the whole design process enjoyable and makes sure you’re involved every step of the way.
