This sales office is a joke. They are not even interested to sell detached homes anymore because they have already achieved their targets by selling all their duplexes. Through out my career i havent seen a single builder like Mattamy who doesn't want to negotiate in a buyers market. Mr Kim said my offer is too low to submit. He is telling me what i should send in the offer if i want to buy. You can keep your low quality homes with yourself 🤣 This place definitely needs to restructure by hiring new staff.

Visited the Mattamy Homes sales office in CityScape on a Saturday while exploring ready-to-move-in townhomes and semi-detached homes. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. The receptionist did not greet us, smile, or show any interest in helping. When we asked questions, we felt dismissed and were simply directed to maps and listings without any effort to understand our needs or provide guidance.
