One of the worse builders in whole Calgary, used low quality products. No cat 6 or coxials to bonus rooms. Prices may be attractive as compare to other builders, but built quality is very poor.
We had an appointment with Kim at this location. We are very pleased with Kim. He is very professional and gave us lots of information about the homes. The homes are very beautiful and we love the neighborhood. Kim is a very knowledgeable person, we feel so happy and excited about buying our new home
My experience with Mattamy Homes was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My realtor and I had a scheduled appointment, yet during our meeting, another associate, Raheel Patel, interrupted and spoke to us in a loud and disrespectful manner. He stated that we were “wasting their time” by requesting multiple viewings and told his colleague that we had already seen the properties. You are only getting a deal here if your realtor has connections with kimm. Heard him saying he give gifts to kim in exchange for good deals. I will not trust this builder and the sales team which has a type of attitude as well. Management should hire new sales staff here if they want to sell.
