We had a very disappointing experience at the Mattamy Homes Cityscape NE sales centre with Kim. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. As potential buyers, we were not treated with basic courtesy or respect. I am writing review for the home I purchased from Mattamy homes in 2022. I am quite happy with customer service they provided at office and that's the 2nd time i purchased home from Mattamy. Although I was quite satisfied with the 1st purchase in Brampton a while back, Quality and Workmanship was good, but home i purchased now doesn't have a good quality workmanship. I would not recommend buying a home from Mattamy. Our house has very poor insulation, and during winter it gets extremely cold. Because of this, we’ve experienced significant mold buildup. The layout is also poorly designed and not very practical.
Lots of issues with there homes. Try to avoid buying from them. They just wanted to sell the house with lot of issues.
