Everyone in the office is great. They helped us with our auto and home insurance. They are all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
Bad experience with the female representative at this local agency. She was in hurt not willing to give future quote. Ridiculous she is hurt like she doesn’t want to work or make money, of course because it is not her own business may be if it was she will try some effort to communicate with costumers.she even advised me to shop around before even listening to my questions. It’s like someone running after her and she wants to just end the call. This is the worst representative ever.
I am a GEICO customer of over 12 yrs. I had a problem securing a quote for a new state. Destiny, from this office, called and left a happy, delightful sounding msg on my vm, cheerful and ready to help me conquer the world of low auto insurance. There was a misunderstanding of some kind, and even though I’m an existing customer, I received a denial for the new quote. I visited this office in person to ask for guidance about repairing my windshield. When I arrived, only one employee was visible in the front area, while two others were positioned behind a barrier and did not come forward to speak with me directly. I explained my question to the front desk staff member, who then relayed it to the other employees and returned with their response. The communication was handled indirectly rather than face to face. Was quoted a price over the phone. When it was time for automatic payment to be taken out, the price was twice as high. Worley appears to use call centers. I wish I would’ve recorded it. But, I’m saving a $100 from not having AAA because roadside service is included. Everything is done through an app. I miss the old days where they could just immediately fax a temporary card.
